His auds stood erect in the cool spring air. The water running through the ravine below him churned and splashed against the rocks. In the ravine was a small stoney path tha tlead across the flowing waters. This is the only route across. The muscular form stood, his auburn stare watched throught the failing mist for any signs of enemies, or something else...
The rain slowly started to fall onto the bridge of his nose. The hessians stare pulled away from across the ravine as he looked up into the dark sky. Thunder rolled across the heavens as he stood there. He let out a low growl. A fork of lightning split the sky as he stood, but not a muscle did he move. A sheet of lightning passes across the sky and his face was revealed. Anger shone in his eyes, his teeth bared as his pearl ivories glinted and his plum pink gums bright. Rebel stood, waiting...

How far had she gone? How much trouble was she in?
||From behind these torchered amber eyes I see|| ||All this beautiful world has come to be|| ||The world stacks against me|| ||Before the end I'll fail to be anything.||
A lone silhouette pressed against the stormy sky, littered with random strikes of lightning, and booming with the crashing thunder. Though to the eyes, the coloration was black, but that was an illusion.. The coat of the animal was pressed tightly to her sides, moving in and out as she breathed. She couldn't smell anything, no border, but she feared she had already passed the border. She knew she'd be in trouble if that was the case. Her tan, beige, white, and grey fur was quite uncomfortable thanks to the rain.
A high pitched, but beautiful sound rose after a clash of thunder. Numerous high notes were sung softly, and melodically. Her muzzle fell, ears tipped forwards, waiting for one of her kins response. Her vocals sung of an apology, that she was no threat, and that she was hoping for acceptance.
This was Helena.

Rebel's auds lifted as the song met his ears. A grin appeared along his handsom muzzle. He lifted his maw to the heavens and let out a long, melodious song. Although fear flittered withing the song, it was disguised by acceptance.
Rebel slowly walked down the Ravine's steep edges. The cool churning water splashed upon his side. The earth beneath his pads fell away. He snarled as he pulled away from the edge. The crossing was ahead of him as he stood. His body tensed, he leapt forward, hoping across the stones. His pads landing firmly on the other edge. Rebel pulled himself up the other side of the ravine and looked out towards Helena. A low growl was emmited from his throat as he walked towards her.

Her heart leapt as she heard a responding howl, and she jumped forwards, soon stopping because a form infront of her. Her nose was rendered useless, her eyes the same. She could see and smell, but not near as well as if it wasn't storming. Her ears tilted back, tail tucking gently against her stomach. "Hello." she muttered, just loud enough for him to be able to hear over the rain, and thunder.
She looked extremely thin, but she wasn't. Though her frame was a normal size for a wolf her age, she was also a normal weight. Giving a low whine, it was clear she had lost her confidence long ago. She learned to hold her pain back from her eyes, and show nothing besides their color. No emotion, no pain, no sadness.
"I'm Helena.. And I guess you already know why I've called for you. I am terribly sorry if I have trespassed, if there are borders, your scent has all but washed away. Please forgive me.. I would really like a chance to have a home once again." she said, showing submission, but not rolling over onto her back for him. She waited for his response, hoping he wouldn't attack her.

Rebel didn't respond. He cirlced Helena and sniffed her. 'Helena eh,' he said. 'Well Helena, I will say to you, you are not tresspassing upon my land. You are quite welcome to abide here.' Rebel walked a little ways towards the ravine crevace. 'Be carefull, the ravine is treacherous,' he growled to her.

Her tail wagged happily as he replied to her how he did. "Thank you.." she said quietly, slowly following him. Ick.. How she hated water! Suprisingly, the rain hadn't put her in a bad mood, but this would. She gave a low, short whine, hopping into the water, from rock to rock quickly, slipping here and there.

OoC|| It's okay. I don't mind the OoC I modified your post for you, so you're good BiC|| Rebel walked towards the edge of the ravine and looked back at Helena. 'Be careful on the ravine, it's dangerous,' he growled to her. Rebel slid down the muddy slope, shaking himself off before waiting for Helena to follow his lead.

|ooc: Thanks. ^^|
-bic: Helena quickly followed Rebel, quickly but carefully. Her eyes traced over him with a small smile, but she wasn't going to try anything. The brown and tan coat, once fluffy and full, was plastered against her sides still, and her good mood was slowly dying..
Once she caught up to him, she said, looking at him, then passed him. "What is your name?" she asked, looking back to him, waiting for him to lead again.
